GMC Denali has acquired the truck repair company Toni trucks, which operates a fleet of trucks in northern Montana and South Dakota, and plans to move its operations to Denali in 2019, according to a company press release.
The company will relocate to Denalis “as a full-time, full-year business,” it said.
Denali, a name given to a river in South Dakota and a town in North Dakota, has been a pioneer in trucking in the region, with a fleet that’s seen some success.
But it’s not the only company with a truck repair business in the area.
In 2016, Ford agreed to acquire Toni, and in 2020, another truck repair provider, The Woodlands, was purchased by Ford, which also operates a truck servicing business in Montana.
