Ford is rebranding its popular pickup truck to make it more affordable, with a new front fascia, hood and bumper that have been designed to look more like an old Ford.
The Ford logo is being replaced by a simple “Ford” logo.
Ford says the new Ford pickup is more accessible to older truck owners, but it also aims to appeal to younger truck owners.
The front fascium has been redesigned to include a smaller grille, a new grille badge, a grille stripe and a lower grille area.
The bumper is also being redesigned to become an integrated part of the truck body, with its two sides mounted on the sides of the front bumper.
Ford says the rear bumper will be made out of plastic instead of wood.
The new grilles and bumper are being added to select vehicles in 2018.
